Rajni Patil is an Indian politician from the Indian National Congress Party. She is the All India Congress Committee in In charge of Jammu and Kashmir. She has also served as a Member of Parliament representing Maharashtra in the Rajya Sabha, the Upper house of Indian Parliament.

Early life and education
She was born on 5 December 1958 in Pune, Maharashtra. Currently, she is 63 years old as of 202. Her nationality is Indian. She was born to Late Shri Atmaram Bapu Patil and Late Shrimati Shantabai Patil.
She has completed her BA in the German language and she is educated at the University of Pune, Maharashtra.
She was a student political leader in her college in the National Students Union of India (NSUI) and she started her career in electoral politics. She got elected to the Zilla Paris had unopposed in 1992.
Political career
From 1996 to 1998, she was elected as Member of Parliament for Lok Sabha for Beed, Maharashtra constituency. So she was elected to the Lok Sabha from Beed in the 11th Lok Sabha in 1996 as a candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Later she joined the Indian National Congress. In 2005 she was elected as the Chairperson of the Central Social Welfare Board.
From 10 January 2013 to 2 April 2018, she represented as Member of Parliament for Rajya Sabha for Maharashtra constituency.
She represented India for women at the UN headquarters in New York at the 49th session of the UN Commission.
Presently on 27 September 2021, she is a Member of Parliament of Rajya Sabha for Maharashtra constituency.
